In sarcomatoid the Mesothelioma cells are spindle shaped and elongated. These cells lack the nucleus.

There are four stages of Mesothelioma cancer. In first the cancer cells start to form, in second stage the cancer cells spread locally, in third stage the cancer spreads in the adjoining areas and in the fourth stage the cancer begun to metastasize.
